Key-Ads is a Third Generation Family-owned Outdoor Advertising Business operating in 20 Ohio counties to provide coverage in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Lima, and Toledo DMA’s. The core of our business is in the Greater Dayton area encompassing Sidney (north) to Mason (south) and Richmond, IN (west) to Springfield (east). Account Executive
Key-Ads is looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our advertising team. We are looking for a natural hunter with the ability to prospect and identify local and regional businesses with a desire to work in a collaborative team solving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Cold Call for New Business opportunities over the phone and in person
- Use local market research to develop and present customized Outdoor Advertising recommendations to new business prospects to address client objectives and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery and effective outdoor advertising campaigns
- Communicate with the Creative Department to develop artwork and maintain posting schedules
- Use a consultative approach to build strong relationships
- Close, negotiate and execute new business contracts
- Represent Key-Ads at company sponsored events professionally as a market leader on OOH
Skills / Experience
- Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Professional Appearance and Attitude
- Excellent Communicator with attention to detail
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Exhibit Grit and persistence
- Experience in OOH and media sales preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary plus Commission based on experience
