Bulletins Key-Ads provides both Rotary Bulletin and Permanent Bulletin service to the Dayton and surrounding areas.
Bulletins are the largest, most impactful standard-size form of out of home media. Located primarily on major highways, expressways or principal arterials, they command high-density consumer exposure.
Bulletins afford greatest visibility due not only to their size, but because they allow creative "customizing" through extensions and embellishments.

Rotary Bulletins
Key-Ads Rotary Bulletin
Rotary bulletins are moved to different, pre-approved locations every sixty days to give broad general market coverage. Usually purchased in a multi-month contract; moved to new locations every other month.

Permanent Bulletins
Key-Ads Permanent Bulletin
Permanent Bulletins afford dominant, high traffic coverage at fixed locations. The advertising remains at a location throughout the contract duration. Also used for directional or selected geo-demographic coverage purposes.
Purchased and priced individually, predicated on location and audience delivery. Contracts are generally for 6 months or longer.
Directional outdoor billboards are maintained to help identify a location or brand. They are located along roads to direct consumers to restaurants, hotels, resorts, filling stations, etc. Directional outdoor billboards are as much a part of an identity program as they are an advertising program.
Directional outdoor billboards are maintained and contracted on a long-term, fixed basis and are usually permanent. They are usually contracted for one to three years.

Specifications
Production - Bulletin vinyl
Vinyl is durable and long-lasting. The flexible vinyl face presents a uniform process with good color and art fidelity. The design is produced on one piece of vinyl and stretched over the face of the structure. 3" pole pockets contained within the bleed on all for sides are required for installation.
The 13 oz. vinyl coated polyester weave is a lightweight material. Its strength is derived from the structure it wraps.
Inks are weatherproof, waterproof, and contain sufficient UV protection.

Size Requirements:
For flex vinyl and self adhesive vinyl please create files at 1/2" = 1' and 300 dpi. For bleed and junior paper posters please
create files at 5" x 11" and 300 dpi. Although we can accept a number of different file formats, a 300 dpi CMYK PDF is preferred.
Extensions
To increase the impact of bulletins, extensions (cutouts that extend beyond the basic shape of the structure) are often used.
Extensions or cut-outs may be added around perimeter at a one-time charge of $18.75 net per square foot for fabrication.
Depending on local restrictions, extensions or cut-outs may add from 2-3’ at top and 1' at bottom.
